I am up today on the Simple Stories blog sharing a few layouts created with the Legacy collection. The layouts I shared on the blog are not traditional uses of the collection, but colorwise they fit perfectly.
This picture though is of my grandparents and my mom on her first Christmas and I loved how it looked on this page even though I didn't fill in the normal information.
I didn't want to clutter the page up too much so I used a few sn@p cards and cuts to layer behind my photo. Some bits & pieces, brads, and doilies were the other pieces that I used to complete the layout. A few stickers and some journaling completed my layout.

Amazing job on keeping this layout focused on the incredible gift you have in this picture!! So awesome to have a picture like this!! And I love how you added just the right amount of details!! Good for you - it really shines!! P.S. also love the addition of the doily - I love doilies!!!
