We've been busy...
I'm not sure doing what, but we've been busy. Finally done the week and next week is a short work week which I am very thankful for. Marc got to go to class with Bruiser again today; he has waited all week for another chance to go. He has a wonderful time and Bruiser takes such good care of him - his big protector, but Marc goes berserck when I bring him home b/c he is soooo tired! I am very thankful to Anthony's teachers for the break that it gives me!
Here is a layout and project that I completed for the Urban Anthology dt challenge.
I stopped at Tuesday Morning hoping I'd find some of the goodies that others have mentioned finding, they have the AC albums and remark stickers - unfortunately mine doesn't have anything. I think I've been in TM 2xs in my life, not real impressed, but it was worth the try.

It's been awhile...
And I am tired and ready for bed, but thought I'd drop in for a minute and update things. Since my last post, Mike got sick but thankfully it wasn't a full 7 days like the kids. It rained the rest of the week and so progress again halted on the house. Marc has a toddler bed now (as of Sunday) and is loving his big boy bed! Course tonight he comes wandering out after I had already put him in bed so we had to discuss that he couldn't get back up. We had off today, so I had my 34 week dr's appt and got our groceries. I remember now why I've been letting Mike do the grocery shopping! I am EXHAUSTED! It was dry today so Mike spent the evening working on the basement. It looks like he might have another dry day tomorrow and then they are calling for rain, yet again! This is the wettest weather this area has seen in quite a few years and it is driving me nuts.
Here is a layout that I completed for SD4U challenge, you needed to use at least 4 blue items. I ran out of white cardstock so I put this on a shimmery white, yuck! Needless to say, I went and bought a huge pack of white cardstock so that I won't have to use this stuff again.
I also completed this layout for a challenge that called for stripes, circles and clear item.

Creating
Today was such a warm day, in the 60s and now most of the snow is gone. It was beautiful while it lasted, but it is time for it to go! Everything is very muddy now so the kids were in the house all day - YIKES! They are really into drawing sharks for some odd reason, I think b/c they saw one on the rubberdubbers. Who knows how their minds work though.
I created today, don't know why, but really enjoyed my time. I have one more layed out to work on so we will see if maybe I can get some done on it.
Here is a layout I've been thinking about for awhile and finally finished today.

Stop on in!
Today was definitely a day when people stopped in. We got to see Miss Betty today who was on her way home from TN. So good to visit, I think the last time was before Christmas! Then Miss Katy stopped in to say hi to Miss Betty. We've been missing Miss Katy so it was good to see her again also. Who would have ever thought that I'd see more people stop by my "house" now then when we really had a house! Gone is the days of not getting ready in the morning!
Today was dance day and worship practice. We tried some Taco Bell and it was pretty good. Covered another Alg II today for another teacher. Time for bed!
Here are some layouts I completed yesterday for different sketches (one at 52 sketches and one for SD4U):

Week 4 at SD4U!
Here is my layout for this weeks Biggest Loser at SD4U, I am really pleased with how it turned out. Although, I'm not sure of what I think about my daughter in this picture - can this big girl really be our first born??? Here is a link to check out other players in the contest. http://scrapbookdeals4u.com/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=130

Another restful day
Well today brought a 2hr delay (not sure what for), but again I took full advantage of it. I actually took the day off - told my students to do the reviews and we will go over them tomorrow. The boys stayed home and were a little wild, but Bug went to school for the whole day. I'm ready to venture out again tomorrow, although I don't think I have a choice - weather wise.
I finished up my 3rd Christmas layout today and it really turned out great. I also finished a project from the past Scrap Etc. Paid bills, straightened out an insurance issue, finished making the tests for my classes and made dinner. Quite a day for me! Hopefully tonight will be a restful night and Marc will sleep straight through. I am really missing my soft king bed at this point - between Marc, small bed, no fan to keep me cool, and a hard matress, nighttime is my least favorite time of the day.
Nothing really special today, I actually didn't even take a picture of today - it was just an everyday so I will use a picture of what everyday things we use. Maybe tomorrow will have more sparkle although I'm fine with a few days of calm!
